Big news!!

I know I've been quiet lately, but I didn't want to jinx things.

We applied for a home loan last week and we found out today that we are approved!!! Wheeee! We are so very excited to start looking for our first home! :D

    Congratulations! Good luck finding the perfect place -- I hope that buyer's market we're all hearing about proves as good as it should be.
