Halloween party, part 4: Dining room decorations!

And last, but not least, the dining room!

Shhh...don't pay attention to the fact that I made two left hands. Oops!

I didn't have time to paint these, but I thought they looked ok as they were. Closeups of completed skeleton sconces:

There were also mice hiding on the stairs leading up to my sewing room (though they were a bit hard to capture in pictures):

And my favorite, bats in the greenhouse! (Unfortunately, we didn't think about the fact that there aren't lights in the greenhouse, so once the sun went down, no one could see them. Oops!)

About Me

Boise, Idaho, United States
To live content with small means; to seek elegance rather than luxury; and refinement rather than fashion; to be worthy, not respectable; and wealthy, not rich; to study hard, think quietly, talk gently, act frankly; to listen to stars and birds, to babes and sages, with open heart; to bear all cheerfully, do all bravely, await occasion, hurry never; in a word, to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious grow up through the common. This is to be my symphony. William Henry Channing
